Scott Pearson
|
Scott Pearson has extensive
experience in the travel industry and Internet based travel products. He led
the travel industry, government, association, and convention sales and
marketing organizations for The Hertz Corporation during 12 years, as a vice
president. He served in the hotel industry as vice president, North American
Region Sales, Choice Hotels International, during the time they established
themselves as the largest hotel chain in the world.
He was instrumental in launching Dollar Rent A Car's thrust into
|
the Internet space, as their vice
president of sales and Internet marketing, achieving dominant car rental market
share in the largest online travel properties.
In his position as vice president business to business sales and marketing for
trip.com, Pearson forged relationships with key industry and distribution
partners leading to the acquisition of trip.com by Galileo International and
then Cendant Corporation.
He most recently represented several emerging technology firms to gain entrance
into the largest travel industry companies through his network of industry
colleagues. This included United Loyalty Services, EzRez Software, Roving
Planet, and the development and launch of Groople.com where he serving as their
senior vice president of sales and marketing.

Charles Hamrick
|
With eighteen years experience in
the management of multinational corporations, Charles Hamrick understands the complexity
of achieving business initiatives across borders. With nine years experience in coaching
top executives of major global corporations, he also understands the challenges that
people face in creating and meeting their goals in global settings.
He has managed companies, started up operations, and negotiated agreements in most Asian
countries, the UK, Germany, and Canada, serving in Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director
and Regional Director capacities for such corporations as United Technologies.

He has served in consulting and coaching roles with literally hundreds of executives on individual bases,
in such areas as marketing, staff development, HR management, strategy, finance, personal
development, and intercultural adaptation. He served on the board of the American Chamber
of Commerce in Beijing, chairing the business committee for several years.
Charles creates and delivers programs on coaching for leaders, global leadership, cultural diversity, managing change processes, and developing globally mobile executives for such
corporations as GE, GM, P&G, Microsoft, BT, Lucent, UBS, CSFB, and Bombardier. He conducts
Asian business briefings for a broad range of government and business organizations, and has
worked with members of the US Congress and Senate, including top government leaders.
While some of his services focus on looking inward into the cultures of specific countries,
others are directed towards developing Asian executives to understand the global arena.
Other services focus on creating collaborative communication cultures within multicultural
organizational teams.
He is a certified coach, a member of the International Coach Federation, and ascribes to the
ICF’s Code of Ethics. His language abilities include English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.

Christine DeZarn
|
| Christine DeZarn's most recent
experience comes as Director, JumpStart Distribution for Cendant Travel
Distribution Services' Enterprise Sales Division. She holds global strategic
responsibility for Cendant's suite of hotel connectivity API products for Tour
Operators and online hotel-centric and destination-centric retailers.
Christine's responsibilities as a director include access to "integrated"
direct connections which bypass traditional switch and GDS technologies, yet
still provide hotels with a single connection to reach multiple distributors.

Prior to her role with Cendant, Christine served as Technical Sales Manager for
Galileo International in the Americas region. She held sales responsibility for
the Galileo Web Services custom connectivity solution since inception,
throughout the United States and Canada. Including her 10 years of tenure with
Galileo, Christine has achieved 20 years of travel industry experience,
beginning with People Express Airlines in 1985, and progressing through travel
agency operations management and technology oversight with both AAA and
Uniglobe Travel.
